OWCAP is seeking a customer-service, team-oriented individual who is agreeable, a sympathetic listener, and who gets along with and enjoys helping others. This individual will be able to complete work under pressure or in changing situations. They will be patient and able to work consistently with occasional repetitive work. The receptionist will support customers and staff.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with individuals from a variety of age groups, ethnic backgrounds, and income levels.
Type 20 w.p.m. for a five-minute duration
