STATUS: Temporary/Part-time Hours Per Week: 5 – 10 Non-Exempt
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
OWCAP is seeking individuals who love to interact with preschool-age children in the home or through online platforms such as zoom and promote healthy parenting and child behavior. This individual will be able to perform their duties with very strong attention to detail while remaining patient and conscientious of the families they serve. This position supports the development and understanding of the parenting material for the program and teaches it with skill. This individual will conduct home center visits and effectively teach parents in learning activities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Child Development/Family Studies or related area.
Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
Preference given to those with experience in working with children and families
