HEAD START

OWCAP Head Start is a federally funded program which operates under the governing board OWCAP member Board of Trustees. We offer service to all of Weber County in Northern Utah.

  • Children in Head Start are between the ages of three and four years old.
  • Children with disabilities are welcome and services are offered to meet those children’s special needs.

OWCAP Head Start Goal:

Our goal is to develop the overall social competence of children. This goal is achieved by recognizing that the families are the prime educators and working closely with families to become self-sufficient helps the child in the long term.
